Venum

Very bad return policy, they won't return/exchange any item that's on sale. They told me that in order to make sure that an on sale item fits, I should buy it at full price, return it, and then repurchase it at the sale price. And the kicker is that you can't even buy it at full price if it's on sale. So the solution they gave me doesn't even exist. Amazing. Can you imagine having making a customer go through this just to make sure their product fits?

I can only really give 3 stars due to the fact I am unable to make an account and activate it on the browser, and dispite already having an account with Venum when I try to log into it via the app it just keeps saying "wrong email or password" the email and password used, I haven't changed anyway anyhow. so it's impossible for me to log into my own account via the Venum app. I love Venum but this is the one time I'm annoyed. if there is a fix for this issue, please let me know.

OMG stop with all the pop-ups, especially at check out. I got a Pop-up to download the app while using the app. Seriously? Other than that the App is easy to use and convenient. Get rid of the annoying Pop-ups and I'll give it 5 stars.
